The terms and conditions of this Photo shoot shall be amended at any time at the discretion of Sohus-Blackmore Photographer and shall be binding on the customer.
No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the shoot.
If the Customer fails to inform Sohus-Blackmore Photographer within 48hrs before the date of the shoot you are unable to attend then the voucher will be canceled but at the discretion of Sohus-Blackmore Photographer.
The Customer will also need to come up with a location for the shoot.
Sohus-Blackmore Photographer Owns the rights to Uses the Photos for marketing.
No replacement for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
